The H7A41G25G4IX is a 1G-bit (128M-byte) SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) NAND Flash memory, with advanced write protection mechanisms. The H7A41G25G4IX supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Dual/ Quad I/O option.
